Can't Find Glass in Below Zero
Glass is made from Quartz at the Fabricator, with optional Sea Monkey help in Below Zero. It is not the same item as Enameled Glass and does not need a wreck scan.

Craft one Glass at the Fabricator with two Quartz. The recipe is available after entering the Drop Pod; search the early seabed and caves for Quartz rather than looking for a finished Glass pickup.

Search the seabed and cave floors for pale Quartz pieces, then process two at the Fabricator. Below Zero also lists Sea Monkeys as an alternate way to receive Glass.
