Can't Unlock the High Capacity O₂ Tank in Below Zero
The High Capacity O₂ Tank is a data-box upgrade in the Twisty Bridges, and it is the prerequisite that opens the Rebreather blueprint. The route is close to the early Delta Station path but is easy to swim past.

Open the data box in the Twisty Bridges, roughly south to southwest of the Drop Pod and around 120m deep. The exact distance varies because the Drop Pod spawn is randomized; craft the tank at the Fabricator after retrieving the blueprint.
