Can't Unlock the Repair Tool in Subnautica 2
The Repair Tool unlock condition changed in the Buddy System update. Use the current scan count instead of copying an original-game blueprint route.

In Stable Early Access 1.2, the Repair Tool unlocks after two scans. If it is still missing, confirm the game updated and that both scans completed successfully.
