Can't Unlock the Laser Cutter in Subnautica

The Laser Cutter is a three-fragment tool blueprint used to open sealed wreck and Aurora doors. If it is missing, search Grassy Plateaus wrecks and verify the scan counter.

Scan three Laser Cutter fragments in Grassy Plateaus wrecks. After the blueprint unlocks, craft the tool at the Fabricator; it is not awarded simply for entering the Aurora.
