Can't Unlock the Seamoth in Subnautica
The Seamoth is unlocked by completing its fragment scans. The usual problem is searching the wrong wrecks or counting repeated scans as new progress.

Scan three Seamoth fragments to complete the blueprint, then build the vehicle at a Mobile Vehicle Bay. Look in Grassy Plateaus wrecks or the Aurora's Seamoth Bay.

The blueprint needs three completed Seamoth fragment scans. Scanning a duplicate after the counter is complete, or scanning a different vehicle fragment, will not unlock it.
