Can't Unlock the Propulsion Cannon in Subnautica

The Propulsion Cannon is a two-fragment tool for moving debris and objects in wrecks. If Aurora access is blocked by debris, search the earlier wreck routes for its blueprint first.

Scan two Propulsion Cannon fragments in wrecks around the Grassy Plateaus and Underwater Islands, or follow the Aurora route listed by the official Wiki. Then craft it at the Fabricator.
