Can't Find Plasteel Ingots in Subnautica
Plasteel Ingots are crafted from a Titanium Ingot and Lithium after a vehicle or base blueprint trigger. They are not a late-biome loose resource, so the problem is usually recipe access or the condensed Titanium step.
